Atul A. has extensive experience in product management and development, particularly in automated driving and AI/ML technologies. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Aurora since June 2023, Atul specializes in autonomous driving systems and safety verification. As a co-founder of Modulus Labs since July 2015, Atul provides consultancy and advisory services focusing on AI/ML products and has advised the Government of India on AI strategy. Prior roles include Senior Director of Product Management at Velodyne Lidar, where Atul oversaw software solutions for autonomous vehicles and smart infrastructure, and Director of Product Management at HERE Technologies, leading automated driving product strategies. Atul also has a strong background in mobile technology from positions at Hewlett-Packard and Motorola Mobility, complemented by strategic experience gained at Booz & Co. and NTT DoCoMo. Atul holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and multiple degrees specializing in autonomous vehicles and AI.
