Cindy Henson

Cindy Henson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor Senior at Austin Energy since July 2019, Cindy previously worked for the City of Austin in various HR roles from December 2012 to July 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating full-cycle recruitment for development services and executive-level positions. Cindy also had experience as a Human Resources Generalist, providing guidance on HR issues and administering benefits programs. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Generalist at ONR and HR Representative/Recruiter at Sears Holdings Corporation, along with a position as a Recruiter/Contingent Workforce Manager at The Bartech Group. Cindy holds a BA in Human Resources Management from Western International University.
