Shwetha Allati

Shwetha Allati is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission since May 2021, Shwetha has previously held HR advisory roles with the NSW Office of the Children's Guardian and the Department of Planning and Environment. Additionally, Shwetha was an HR Manager at WOXSEN™ School of Business, where responsibilities included developing clear HR policies and fostering a diverse and respectful workplace culture. Earlier experience includes the role of Assistant Manager - HR at OAKRIDGE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL and HR/Admin Coordinator at eZone Security Systems. Shwetha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Osmania University.
