Lorna Lalor MCIPD has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Concern Worldwide since August 2011. Lorna has held various roles within the organization, including Project Manager for the Ways of Working Project and Programme Coordinator for the EU Aid Volunteer Initiative. Prior to this position, Lorna worked at Action for Children as an HR Business Partner and at Great Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust as an HR Adviser for A&E Operations. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Rio Tinto Exploration Africa and Europe and Merlin, where responsibilities spanned emergency response teams and administration. Lorna holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England and a BA Hons in Development Studies and Spanish. Lorna is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
