Jim Delia

Jim Delia currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Operations at Workday, a position held since August 2023. Delia is also a Strategic Advisor for Snyk, contributing expertise in go-to-market strategies, sales execution, and operational planning since September 2021. Additionally, Delia is an Advisory Board Member at Sales Community, which focuses on sales leadership development. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Global Operations at ServiceNow and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Operations at VMware, among others. Jim Delia holds a Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric Communication and Art History from the University of California, Davis, and completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
