Kirthiga Arunachalam has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Staff Software Engineer at Motorola Mobility from 2002 to 2008. Kirthiga then moved on to Motorola Solutions, where they held various positions including Engineering Manager from 2008 to 2014, Product Owner from 2014 to 2018, and Senior Engineering Manager from 2018 to 2021. At Motorola Solutions, they were responsible for managing engineering teams and driving product development.
In 2021, Kirthiga joined Twitter as a Senior Engineering Manager (Content Review), where they led the content review platform and human review tools. Kirthiga'sresponsibilities included managing user report routing, policy violation triage and review, and coordinating cross-functionally with various teams. Kirthiga also played a key role in designing and implementing a unified content review experience to streamline operations and support new product launches.
Currently, Kirthiga works as the Director of Engineering at Axon since February 2023.
Kirthiga Arunachalam holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago. Kirthiga also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University.
