Marg Wiley

Marg Wiley is a seasoned professional with a robust background in people and culture management, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Axonify since January 2022. Prior to this role, Marg was the Director of People and Culture at Nudge, which was acquired by Axonify in June 2022. Marg has extensive experience in employee engagement, staff development, and leadership training, having successfully improved employee net promoter scores at iQ Offices. Previous roles include managing residential camp programs at Camp Oochigeas and consulting for SeriousFun Children's Network, with a strong emphasis on cross-cultural training. Marg holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from University College Dublin, an MBA in Human Resource Leadership from the University of Fredericton, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto.
