Caitlin Sullivan

Caitlin Sullivan SHRM-CP currently serves as the Director of Employee Experience at ClearCaptions, LLC, where leadership and development of HR business partners are prioritized to enhance the employee experience during a growth period. Previously, Caitlin held the role of Sr. Director of Development, Engagement & Enablement at Vital Farms, managing employee development for over 500 employees and achieving significant turnover reduction and eNPS score improvement. Caitlin has also worked as Associate Director and Senior Manager of People and Culture at Bumble, implementing key initiatives in employee engagement, DE&I, and recruitment strategies that significantly improved hiring metrics. Earlier experience includes positions as Culture & Office Manager at TicketCity and Head Veterinary Technician at Terrell Veterinary Clinic, complemented by a B.S. from Union College and ongoing education in Human Resource Management at The University of Texas at Austin.
