Raphaël Wagner has a strong background in corporate law and has held various roles in prestigious law firms and a mining company. Raphaël began their career at Denton Wilde Sapte in 2006 as an Avocat collaborateur corporate. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at DLA Piper UK LLP as an Avocat M&A-Corporate. Raphaël then joined Herbert Smith Freehills in 2012 as an Avocat Energy & Infrastructure, where they stayed until 2018. Since 2018, Raphaël has been with B2Gold Corp., initially serving as the Chief Legal Officer Africa and later taking on the role of Regional Vice President, West Africa and Chief Legal Officer Africa.
