Miriam Milz

Miriam Milz currently serves as the Head of Operations, Head of Production, and Head of Support at BACKBONE since February 2022, demonstrating a multifaceted leadership role within the organization. Prior to this, Miriam held various positions at PaulCamper from December 2019 to December 2021, including Team Lead Operations Process & Scaling and Customer Care Team Lead, where responsibilities included overseeing team development, implementing scaling strategies, and defining team health metrics. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Customer Happiness and Community Management at Aava Labs from June 2018 to November 2019, focusing on managing support teams and enhancing customer service processes. Miriam's educational background includes an executive degree in Agile Project Management from IUE Hochschule Basel and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica Boliviana, along with ongoing studies at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
