We are currently seeking an exceptional Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team.
The Director of Human Resources is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function. The Director of Human Resources reports to the Vice President & COO.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Have at least ten (10) years of relevant Human Resources experience.
Have at least five (5) years of supervisory experience.
Deep knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Must possess strong documentation, organizational and time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
A strategic thinker who can balance short-term HR needs with long-term organizational development.
Must possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
HRIS administrator experience.
