Toks Arowojolu

Toks Arowojolu currently serves as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for the Baltimore Ravens, a position held since August 2023. Prior to joining the Ravens, Toks held the role of Corporate Counsel at Ameren from January 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing transactions related to corporate sponsorships, supply chain procurement, and renewable energy development. Toks has also gained experience as Assistant Corporate Counsel and Associate at K&L Gates, as well as in various legal internships, including a law clerk position with the United States Attorneys' Offices. Toks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Family Science and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
