Wade Iverstine

Wade Iverstine currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Invenergy LLC, after advancing through roles as Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel since joining in February 2020. Prior to this position, Iverstine was a Partner and Associate at Kean Miller LLP from February 2014 to February 2020, and worked as an Associate at Steffes Vingiello & McKenzie, LLC from August 2010 to January 2014. Additionally, Iverstine gained experience as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of West Virginia from August 2008 to July 2010. Iverstine holds degrees from Louisiana State University and the University of Illinois College of Law.
