Daniel Larsen

Daniel Larsen has a diverse work experience in the field of microbiology and quality control. Daniel started their career in 1998 at Colgate Palmolive A/S as a Scientist QC and later became the Analytical & Microbiological Manager QC. In 2005, they joined Carlsberg Danmark A/S as the Head Microbiologist. In 2008, they joined Bavarian Nordic as the Teamleader Microbiology and gradually progressed to become the Manager and then Senior Manager QC, with responsibilities including microbiology, molecular biology, in vivo testing, virus titration, and analytical analysis. Their work at Bavarian Nordic also involved managing external contract labs.

Daniel Larsen completed their Master's degree in Biotechnology from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they studied from 1990 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended helsinge gymnasium as a student from 1986 to 1989.
