Currently serving as Global Marketing Director and Marketing Director at Bayadera Group since December 2020, Ponomarchuk successfully created and launched a new brand that achieved 2.5% market share within two months. Prior to this, Ponomarchuk held multiple positions at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) from May 2006 to December 2019, including Marketing Director and Consumer & Trade Marketing Director, where significant contributions included establishing a successful portfolio strategy and leading a team of 40 while delivering double-digit EBITDA growth. Additional experience includes roles at PROVID | BBDO, UNISYSTEMS, and a freelance position with an EU-sponsored project.
