Teresa Brilhante Tavares

Teresa Brilhante Tavares is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at BBVA, where tenure began in July 2002 and currently holds the position of Vice President and Joint Director of the Investment Banking department, specializing in Project Finance. Prior roles at BBVA Midas included Corporate Finance/Project Finance Analyst, and previous experience includes positions as an Equity Analyst at Banco de Negócios Argentaria. Teresa has a Master’s degree in Finance from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Post-graduate degree in Renewable Energy from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, complemented by proficiency in English attained through studies at Alliance Française and the University of Cambridge.
