Kate Ryder

Kate Ryder is an advisor at Beepboop and a former early stage investor at Index Ventures. Prior to their work in venture capital, Kate was a reporter for The Economist and web editorial staff for The New Yorker. In 2009, they took a break from journalism to work as a writer and researcher for Hank Paulson's memoirs, "On the Brink." Before their career in finance and media, Kate taught English at the Colegio Público Rufino Blanco in Madrid, Spain.

Kate Ryder completed an MSc in Anthropology at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to that, they attended The Taft School. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA from the University of Michigan, where they double majored in English Literature and Political Science.
