Soham Banerjee is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in process and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as Process Engineering Manager at BENCHMADE since July 2021, Soham previously held roles at Avalign Technologies and PCC Structurals, Inc., where responsibilities included developing manufacturing methods for knee programs, leading teams to reduce costs, and implementing process changes to enhance productivity. Soham's earlier experience includes research assistance at the University of Wisconsin, focusing on projects funded by the Department of Energy, as well as participation in a summer research program at North Carolina State University. Soham holds a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from J.E.B Stuart High School.
