Carrie Westwell McIpd

Carrie Westwell MA MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Bensons for Beds since September 2023. Previously, Carrie held the position of Director of People & Culture at Peel Land & Property Group from October 2013 to July 2023, where roles included HR Director and Head of HR at The Peel Group from 2013 to 2017. Earlier in the career, Carrie worked as an HR Business Partner at Kellogg Company between 2007 and 2013 and at Comet from 2004 to 2006. Carrie holds an MA in Psychology from the University of Dundee and a Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management from Leeds Metropolitan University.
