Danny Plooster has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Danny started their career in 2012 as a Project Manager at Epic, where they worked until 2013. In 2016, they had a summer role as a Consultant at The Chartis Group. From 2017 to 2022, Danny worked at The Chartis Group, initially as a Consultant and later as an Engagement Manager. In 2022, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Client Development professional in the healthcare sector. Currently, Danny is working at Biofourmis as a Director of Customer Success, starting in 2023.

Danny Plooster has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Carlson Consulting Enterprise and Medical Industry from the University of Minnesota, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Danny also holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from the same university, completed from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in Finance, Investment and Banking, as well as MHR Management, completed from 2007 to 2012. In addition, they studied Management and Economics at Università Bocconi in 2010.
