Andy spent the first half of his career in senior positions in the State Department, the United Nations, and the U.S. national security community, and the second half of his career in private equity, venture capital, and corporate development. Andy has successfully run two startups, and he previously worked with Torch Hill Investment Partners where he served as an operating partner and CEO of one of the portfolio companies.
