Cheryl Horton

Cheryl Horton, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product design and digital learning strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at Blanchard since October 2013, Cheryl is responsible for creating and defining new products and managing senior design teams. Prior roles at Blanchard include Director of Digital Learning & Media and Senior Manager of Online Learning, where Cheryl oversaw digital product strategies and instructional design development. Earlier in Cheryl's career, as a Product Manager and Lead Learning Manager at Blanchard, responsibilities included defining digital product strategies and launching successful learning experience platforms. Prior to joining Blanchard, Cheryl worked as a Creative Director in a freelance capacity, developing innovative marketing campaigns. Academic credentials include an MS in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a BS in Organizational Leadership from Biola University.
