Mark Hidle

Mark Hidle is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer currently at BLOX since February 2025, with a robust background in human resources leadership. Prior to BLOX, Mark served as Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Mammoth Holdings, LLC from June 2021 to February 2025, and as Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Merchandising Systems from December 2019 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Rheem Manufacturing, where responsibilities as Director of Human Resources encompassed multi-divisional oversight for various locations in North America. Mark's career initiated at Globe Motors and Dillard's, where strategic HR initiatives and operational leadership were key components of success. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Troy University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from George C. Wallace Community College.
