Olivia Wordsworth is an experienced development professional with a strong background in securing and managing grants for marine and community-based conservation initiatives. Currently serving as Head of Global Development at Blue Ventures, Olivia previously worked as a Grants Fundraiser at Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, where relationships with funders were managed to support diverse conservation programmes internationally. Prior roles include Head of Programmes and Programme Manager at Find Your Feet, focusing on livelihoods for marginalized communities in South Asia and Southern Africa, as well as consultancy at the Overseas Development Institute and a role at UNICEF Mozambique, where strategic information on child rights was developed. Olivia holds a BA in French and German from the University of Leeds and an MA in Human Rights from the School of Advanced Study, University of London.
