The Role Blueland is looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Social and Integrated Marketing to lead our social media, brand partnerships, influencer and creator programs, and media work. This role will be responsible for building out and executing a cohesive, insight-driven marketing strategy that leverages multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will have the opportunity to build the Blueland brand across social platforms, create compelling campaigns, and foster relationships with partners and influencers to spread our mission. This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand.
Responsibilities:
Brand Partnerships:- Identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships that elevate Blueland’s presence, introduce us to new audiences, reinforce our mission, and create meaningful brand stories
Influencer & Creator Marketing:- Develop and manage a comprehensive influencer and creator strategy that amplifies Blueland’s brand story, leverages authentic voices, and drives campaign goals
Integrated Media & Brand Marketing:- Oversee the development and execution of digital and traditional advertising strategies to achieve brand and business objectives
Team:- Manage two direct reports: Brand Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager
