Dave Osiecki

Dave Osiecki is an experienced transportation consultant and executive, currently serving as Senior Consultant and Immediate Past President/CEO at Scopelitis Transportation Consulting since October 2016. Previously, Osiecki held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief of National Advocacy at the American Trucking Associations (ATA) from January 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities included leading a team in policy development and managing a $10 million budget. Osiecki also served as Senior Vice President of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at ATA and Vice President for Safety Policy at the American Trucking Associations from 1998 to 2010. Earlier career experience includes a role as Team Leader at the Federal Highway Administration's Office of Motor Carriers from 1986 to 1995. Osiecki holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Penn State University.
