Kunbi Tinuoye

Kunbi Tinuoye is currently an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators. Kunbi has previously worked at 1863 Ventures, Creative Startups, Geekz Watch, and UrbanGeekz. From 2011 to 2015, they were a news correspondent for NBC News' theGrio. Prior to that, they worked as a broadcast journalist for BBC News from 2005 to 2011. Kunbi began their career as a newsreader and reporter for Spirit Creations from 2004 to 2005.

Kunbi Tinuoye has an MA in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, a BA in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, and a post-graduate diploma in journalism from Cardiff University. Kunbi is also a qualified NCTJ trained journalist, including 100wpm Shorthand & Law, from the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ).
