Lee Peters

Lee Peters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the agricultural and pet food industries. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Boortmalt since June 2023, Lee previously held the role of Operations Director at WHM Pet Group Ltd from August 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Lee served as Regional Operations Manager and Site Operations Manager at ForFarmers N.V. from August 2014 to August 2021, having started at ForFarmers B.V. as Mill Manager between 2012 and 2014. Lee's career began at BOCM PAULS, where various roles included Regional Compliance Coordinator and Maintenance Technician from 2000 to 2012. Lee received education from County Upper School between 1989 and 1992.
