Dana Williams

Dana Williams is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in system management and digital transformation in the retail sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Information System Manager at Branch since November 2022, Dana focuses on implementing AI technologies to drive operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Product Manager at Freshii, where Dana successfully executed the rollout of a new POS system across over 300 locations and directed system integrations for various digital platforms. Dana's background also includes founding a digital consultancy, 100th Monkey, and providing technical support as an IT Support Technician at Shopify. Dana holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Programming Analyst and an Advanced Diploma in Behavioural Sciences and Technology from George Brown College.
