Isaias Franco

Lead Teacher at Bridge the Gap

Isaias Franco is a dedicated Special Education Teacher with extensive experience in managing IEPs and supporting students with emotional disturbances at Tamalpais Union High School District since August 2013. In addition to teaching, Isaias founded Global Baseball Adventures, coordinating international baseball trips for amateur players and organizing community service projects. As a Lead Teacher at Bridge the Gap College Prep, Isaias facilitates communication between diverse groups of parents, students, and local high schools while overseeing an evening tutoring program. Previous roles include Special Education and Adult Education Teacher at Novato Unified School District and Special Education Teacher at Antioch Unified School District, both of which involved comprehensive case management and collaborative lesson planning. Isaias holds a Master of Science in Special Education from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from California State University San Marcos.
