Stefan Macher is a Senior Principal Engineer at Bridgecom Semiconductors since February 2023. With extensive experience in software architecture and engineering, Stefan previously held the position of Senior Expert SW Architect at Elektrobit from March 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, Stefan spent almost 15 years at Intel Deutschland GmbH, where roles included Architect for cellular modem platforms and leading power management software architecture and development. Earlier career roles included Embedded Software Engineer at sympat GmbH and Simulation Engineer at Ericsson Eurolab Deutschland GmbH. Stefan holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Nachrichtentechnik from FH Schweinfurt, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
