Vito Butta

Vito Butta serves as the Vice President of People and Culture for BridgeTower Media. Vito is responsible for directing all aspects of the company’s people initiatives and programs while supporting overall business strategy. He leads human resources, talent acquisition and employee retention functions for BridgeTower Media.

Vito has over 20yrs of strategic human resources experience. Prior to BridgeTower, Vito served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Diversant LLC; was Human Resources Director for Ashley Furniture Home Stores Inc., and previously held strategic HR roles at Barnabas Health, Canon, and Home Depot.
