Tom Hamill

Tom Hamill, GISP, currently serves as the Geographic Information Systems Manager at BrightNight, where responsibilities include leading the GIS practice group, managing a parcel-level portfolio in Esri ArcGIS Online, and enhancing GIS integrations for renewable power initiatives. Previously, as an Offshore GIS Specialist at Tetra Tech, Tom supported offshore wind energy projects and managed GIS-driven analyses. Experience as a GIS Analyst at Wright-Pierce involved conducting risk assessments and developing mobile data collection tools for infrastructure inspections. Early roles included GIS Technician for a water district, teaching assistance at Temple University, and student research at Clark University. Tom holds a Master of Science in Spatial Informatics from the University of Maine and an M.A. in GIS from Clark University.
