Hanna Dereszynska

Hanna Dereszynska is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Britenet since February 2025, leading HR strategy and operations. Previously, Hanna held several key roles at The Stepstone Group, including HR Director and Director of HR Operations for EMEA, as well as HR Director at StepStone Services. A notable HR Director at DHL Supply Chain in Poland, Hanna also owned key4bee, specializing in HR management and learning development. As a long-term Director of Human Resources at Makro Cash and Carry Poland, Hanna contributed extensively to HR strategy, operations, culture, and leadership development. Earlier career experience includes HR roles at IBM and McKinsey & Company. Hanna holds postgraduate qualifications in Management and Marketing from The Warsaw School of Management and Marketing and a Master of Arts from the University of Lublin.
