Lorena Smith is an accomplished nursing professional currently serving as the Dean of the Nursing Program at Brookline College, alongside roles as Assistant Dean of Clinical Services for the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) Program and Assistant Professor. With extensive experience at Banner Health, Lorena held several positions from Simulation Director to Emergency Department Registered Nurse, focusing on clinical education, program development, and compliance. Lorena has a Master's Degree in Nursing with an emphasis in Leadership in Health Care Systems and is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Chamberlain University, in addition to a postgraduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
