Matt Reeder

Matt Reeder is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Head of Legal at Bluesky Social since April 2025 and as Principal Consultant and Founder of Analog since November 2024, focusing on providing strategic legal and regulatory guidance for growth-stage companies. Previously, Matt held the position of Chief Legal / Operations Officer at OnlyFans from January 2023 to October 2024, overseeing legal and operational functions for a major user-generated content platform. Additionally, Matt was a Charter Member of TechGC from February 2023 to February 2025, fostering collaboration among General Counsel, and worked as Deputy General Counsel and Managing Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP between September 2018 and January 2023. Matt earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law & Government from American University Washington College of Law and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from North Carolina Central University.
