In 2016, Tayler joined Buildertrend as a Customer Success Manager/Team Lead and later advanced to the role of Technical Services Manager. In 2019, Tayler became a Senior Manager - Customer Success and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Support.
Tayler Ross attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration.
