Michelle Davies

Michelle Davies has extensive experience in customer support and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Patchwork Health since March 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Head of Operations at L2P Enterprise Ltd from June 2022 to March 2025. Michelle spent over thirteen years at RLDatix UK & Ireland, progressing through various roles including Service Desk Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and Customer Support Manager, among others. Michelle began their career as an Account Manager at Computer People - Adecco from March 2006 to March 2009. Educational background includes completion of studies at Wolstanton High School from 1990 to 1995.
