Bianca Zwart

Bianca Zwart is an accomplished professional currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO at bunq since August 2022. As the founder of I/RISE, Bianca focuses on studying human behavior and its impact on communication. Previously, Bianca founded Black & White Communications, specializing in corporate PR and executive brand building for startups and scale-ups. Bianca's extensive experience at bunq includes roles such as Head of PR & Communications and Team Lead User Operations. Earlier in the career, Bianca worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Commercial Advisor for Preferred Banking International Clients and gained translation experience as a freelance translator. Bianca holds degrees in Spanish Language and Culture from the University of Amsterdam and in Legal Interpretation from Stichting Instituut van Gerechtstolken en Vertalers, among other credentials.
