Rafa Jordan

Rafa Jordan currently serves as the Head of Customer Service at Buser Brasil since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Customer Service at OLX Brasil and Director of Relationship and Experience at Grupo ZAP, where leadership involved overseeing multiple teams and enhancing customer engagement through effective management of the customer experience lifecycle. Rafa has also held significant positions at 99 and Mercado Livre, focusing on improving customer interactions and operational efficiency. A foundation in Human Resources was established through earlier roles at Carrefour, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
