About the Role Reporting to the VP of Corporate Sales and Development, the Senior Manager of Corporate Sales is going to own the budding B2B arm of our business. With a known and trusted brand behind you, and existing corporate accounts to build on, we feel confident that an experienced and dedicated sales leader can grow this revenue stream tenfold over the next 3 years[JW1] [JK2] . In addition to managing a team of inside sales representatives, the ideal candidate will be comfortable growing and managing their own portfolio of corporate clients. Additional responsibilities include:   Client Acquisition and Sales: •Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and outreach •Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives •Hunt and close new business deals

Relationship Management: •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders from companies across a wide variety of industries •Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Sales Process: •Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients •Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals effectively •Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing

Market Analysis: •Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market condition •Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams

Reporting and Analytics: •Track and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and revenue projections •Utilize CRM software to manage client information and sales activities

Collaboration: •Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials •Collaborate with the customer support team to address client issues and ensure a smooth post-sale experience •Work with our internal marketing, product development, and supply chain operations teams to ensure a deep understanding of our product offerings

Leadership: •Support, coach, and develop our existing sales team •Put together a strategy for growing the team in the medium to long term •Own the overall team’s sales goals and KPIs in addition to your own personal quota

As a sales leadership position, this role will be compensated with a combination of salary, commission, and bonus totaling roughly $135,000-165,000 total earning at 100% of plan.
