Mark Tudor

Mark Tudor is an experienced legal professional with a substantial background in energy, natural resources, and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at BW Offshore since February 2025, Tudor has previously held various positions within the organization, including Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to BW Offshore, Tudor was the Head of Energy and Natural Resources at Nishimura & Asahi. Tudor's legal career began at Denton Hall, followed by a significant tenure at Herbert Smith, where expertise in energy, particularly LNG, oil and gas development, and M&A was developed. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of London, and a Diploma in Law from The University of Law.
