Lisa Shields-Cook

Lisa Shields-Cook is an experienced attorney specializing in title insurance and legal counsel, currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP since October 2021. Previously, Lisa held the position of Attorney at Brockmann Law and returned to Cadwalader in the same role after initially working there as a Senior Attorney. With a strong background in title management, Lisa has also worked as Branch Manager and Title Counsel at Fidelity National Title and held various roles including State Claims Counsel and Associate Attorney at Robbins May & Rich, as well as Agency Manager & Title Counsel at Fidelity National Title Company. Lisa’s early career included work as a Branch Manager and Title Counsel at McSweeney & Watts, a partner in a general practice firm. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Campbell University, and a Master of Social Work from East Carolina University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Campbell University.
