Briony Toogood

Briony Toogood is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in IT and technology sourcing. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager at Capita since February 2025, Briony previously held the position of IT Category Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water from February 2023 to February 2025. Prior roles include Sourcing Manager for IT, Technology, Research & Development at Network Rail from August 2018 to February 2023, and International Trainee in Procurement at Lidl UK from October 2016 to July 2018. Briony began a career in procurement as a Purchasing Intern at Rolls-Royce from June 2014 to July 2015. Educational qualifications include the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply MCIPS certification obtained between 2020 and 2022 and a BSc in International Business and Economics from Aston University, completed in 2016.
