Tomi Alén

Tomi Alén is currently a Partner at CapMan Growth and a Board Member at Unikie. Prior to their current roles, Tomi was involved in various investment and management positions at companies such as RELEX Solutions, Havator, CapMan, Forenom, and The Boston Consulting Group. With a background in Industrial Engineering and Management, Tomi has also worked as a Master's Thesis Worker at the Finnish Venture Capital Association and as a Financial Analyst Trainee at Summa Capital. Additionally, Tomi pursued a semester abroad in Finance and Economics at The University of Hong Kong.
