Bara Levitt

Bara Levitt currently serves as Head of Customer Success at Capsule since July 2025, following a robust career in customer success management. Prior experience includes roles at Verbit.ai, where Bara progressed from Customer Experience Manager to Manager and Team Lead in Customer Success, focusing on enhancing accessibility through AI-driven captioning and transcription solutions. At Knowre, Bara held the role of Senior Manager, successfully launching a K-12 school product and implementing an effective customer onboarding process. Additional experiences include a Program Director position at Move This World and various roles at Knowre from Customer Success Associate to Manager, establishing significant partnerships and providing comprehensive support. Bara has also worked with the LEGACY Heritage Fund, JESNA, and Teach for America, alongside an extensive educational background, including an MBA and a Master's in Public Administration.
