Tahsin I.

Tahsin I. currently serves as the Assistant Plant Manager at Cargill since January 2022, following a role as Engineering Services Manager at Anchor Glass Container Corp. Previously, Tahsin held positions such as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Grand Rapids Foam Technologies, focusing on product development, cross-functional team management, and the implementation of manufacturing systems. With experience that also includes a Graduate Teaching Assistant role at Grand Valley State University and internships in various engineering capacities, Tahsin has developed expertise in process engineering, manufacturing operations, and education. Tahsin is further enhancing professional qualifications through an Executive MBA at the University of Minnesota, complemented by a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
