Sajid Hief has a diverse work experience. Sajid started their career in 2013 at Movement Security und Eventservice GmbH, where they worked in event services from January 2013 to October 2021. In 2021, they joined HCL Technologies as an IT-Helpdesk and later became an IT-Supervisor from May 2022 to May 2023. Currently, Sajid is working as an Integration Manager at casavi GmbH, starting from May 2023.
Sajid Hief attended Sächsische LehmbauGruppe from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained their Fachhochschulreife degree in Gesundheit und Soziales. In August 2022, they also obtained a certification in "Gespräche strukturieren und steuern" from LinkedIn.

casavi is a customer communication and service portal solution for property management companies and housing cooperatives. It helps these organisations connect with their customers in a more efficient, immediate and user-friendly way by utilising a mix of digital channels such as mobile, web and email. In doing so casavi acts as the front-desk forinbound as well as outbound customer communication and utilises existing ERP and CRM solutions by integrating with workflows and syncing with their data.
