Lisa Rydje

Lisa Rydje has extensive experience in operations and leadership roles, currently serving as Head of Operations at Castle since November 2018. Previous positions at Castle include Chief of Staff and Head of People & Talent. Prior to Castle, Lisa was Program Manager for Women in Entrepreneurship at Skåne Startups and held several roles, including Group Lead and Political Secretary, at Feministiskt initiativ. Lisa also served as a City Council Member for Malmö stad and worked as a Deal Flow Analyst at Fast Track Malmo. Educational qualifications include studies at Malmö University, Malmö Yrkeshögskola, and ProCivitas.
