Laura Guillen

Laura Guillen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and compliance roles. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel - Compliance at Caterpillar Inc. since April 2022, Laura's previous positions include General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Haven for Hope, Associate Managing Counsel at Andeavor, and Chief Counsel for Foodservice, Exports, and Antitrust at The Kraft Heinz Company. Earlier in her career, Laura worked as an Associate focusing on Antitrust at Winston & Strawn LLP and Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, and held managerial roles at FedEx Trade Networks and Emery Worldwide. Laura holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Indiana University Bloomington.
